1. Object
    The terms and conditions set forth the rules and conditions governing the participation of the speakers in the
    «Dental Trends Fair 2023*, a virtual event organized by Vinotinto Agencia, which will be held on
    April 29, 2023.
  1. Speaker's responsibilities
    The speaker is responsible for the presentation of the assigned topic for the duration of his or her 40-minute slot on the meeting platform designated by the organizing company. In addition, the speaker is expected to be available to answer questions from attendees during the time allotted for questions and answers.
    The speaker must provide the organizing company with all the necessary content for the presentation and any other promotional material to be used for the event.
    All material submitted by the speaker must comply with the ethical and legal standards applicable in the country of Colombia.
    The speaker must comply with the time and duration assigned for his presentation and must be prepared to meet the deadlines established by the organizing company.
  2. Cost of participation
    The cost of participation for speakers is $1.160.000 in Colombian currency. This cost covers the services of meeting platform, presentation design, support for the smooth running of the event, attendee database, as well as the possibility of generating sales. Payment must be made through the means of payment established by the organizing company and must be received before the payment deadline established by the organizing company.
  1. Intellectual Property
    The speaker guarantees that all the content presented in the
    «Dental Trends Fair 2023′ is original and does not infringe any intellectual property rights of third parties.
    The speaker retains intellectual property rights over his presentation and any other promotional material.
    provided for the event.
    The speaker grants the organizing company the non-exclusive right to use his/her presentation and any other promotional material to promote and market the event.
  2. Cancellation and refund
    If the speaker cancels his/her participation in the event before the deadline established by the organizing company, 50% of the participation fee will be reimbursed. If the speaker cancels his/her participation after the deadline, there will be no refund.
    The organizing company reserves the right to cancel the event at any time, without liability.
    in case of force majeure, fire or flood.
    earthquakes, acts of war, riots, strikes, lockouts, technical problems or any other event beyond the control of the organizing company. In the event that the organizing company cancels the event, the full cost of participation will be reimbursed to the speakers.
  3. Confidentiality
    The speaker acknowledges and agrees that the organizing company may disclose his/her personal and professional information to the attendees of the event and may use such information for marketing and promotional purposes. The speaker agrees to maintain the confidentiality of any confidential information provided by the organizing company for the duration of the event and after its completion.
  4. Responsibility
    The speaker agrees that the organizing company shall not be liable for any direct. indirect. special. incidental. consequential. punitive. or any other damages. including lost profits or business interruption. arising out of or related to the speaker's participation in the event. The speaker agrees to indemnify. defend and hold harmless the organizing company. its directors. officers, employees, agents and representatives, from any claim, demand, damage, loss. liability. judgment, cost or expense, including attorneys' fees, arising out of or related to the speaker's participation in the event.
  5. Applicable law and jurisdiction
    These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Colombia and any dispute arising in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Colombia.
  6. Acceptance of terms and conditions
    By accepting the terms and conditions, the speaker confirms that he/she has read, understood and accepted the terms and conditions set forth in this document.
